Access Hollywood Robert Pattison had a new look when he turned up at the Golden Globes on Sunday – red-tinted hair.
“Your hair is a different color,” Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson noted when Robert hit Access’ Golden Globes red carpet platform.
“I know,” Robert laughed. “I’ve been trying to figure it out.”
Robert hinted that his hair color change had to do with his various projects – the next “Twilight Saga” installment – “Breaking Dawn: Part I” – and the upcoming “Water for Elephants.”
“It’s a different color in ‘Twilight’ than it is in ‘Water For Elephants’ so I had to do a kind of rush dye job on it,” he continued.
“Did you do it yourself?” Shaun asked
“Just like some mousse… isn’t it amazing?” he laughed.
“Breaking Dawn” won’t be out until November 18, but a photo surfaced online on Sunday, showing Robert and his co-star, Kristen Stewart, embracing in bed as Edward and Bella.
“Ooh,” Robert said when Shaun whipped out the picture.
“I just saw this today for the first time,” Robert continued. “Very pretty… It’s funny that’s the first picture they released… Kind of giving it away a little bit.”
While fans wait for the first installment of “Breaking Dawn,” Robert will keep his fans satisfied with “Water for Elephants,” which sees him playing a young man who joins a traveling circus as a vet after his parents pass away.
“I’m really excited about it coming out,” Robert raved. “I’ve been doing some additional stuff today and yesterday, and I think… I have a feeling it’s going to be really good.”
Robert added that his new film, due out on April 22, and also starring Reese Witherspoon, “The Cape’s” James Frain and Hal Holbrook, has a classic sort of feel.
“It’s like a big old-fashioned movie,” he said. “It feels like kind of 40s Hollywood. So, I hope that comes across. It’s got a sort of nostalgic factor that I miss anyway.”

Rob sounds so tired of working on Twilight and so excited about WFE. Guess Twilight is taking its toll on him and he's getting bored. In the interview with JHorowitz, he said Twilight's so familiar is like a regular job or something like that. His face lights up when talking about WFE and he keeps mentioning it in the MTV interviews even though the topic is not about WFE. Just my observation.
I agree Mitch. He sounds ready to be done with the whole Twilight thing. That's something I love about Kristen, she always seem so into and really understands the character and the book.
S, I know it's nit Rob's fault he's got a big movie coming up. They are going to promote the hell out of it too.
I too wish we could he about a new project for Kristen, she is what brought me into the Twilight movies. I think she is the true star of the films.

I always love when he gets interviewed by Shaun Robinson. Love his answers about his hair and the comment about how pretty his Wedding Night/Breaking Dawn pic with Kristen is...! LoL

I disagree. I don't think he's "tired of Twilight", he is just TIRED IN GENERAL! Look at him. He can use a good night sleep! He's been working nonstop this week and I bet he needed to save up his workload before goining into the WFE reshot. (yet dispite all the tiredness he's still hot as hell.) Of course he would be more excitied about WFE, it's coming out soon!
S, despite of all the drama because Kristen's absence, I just wanna say THANK YOU for the vids and amazing pics.
Yes, I think it will be great if bb girl was there too so Rob didn't have to feel bored (you can see from several 'concidence' shoots during the show that he looks so bored) or probably he's just feel tired.
I don't think he's tired of Twilight. No matter how WFE fans or Cosmopolis fans or Bel AMi fans prefer him not to be connected with Twilight, but he knows Twilight is his path to success. He always mentioned CH (and the last time, he mentioned Kristen) on his acceptance speech, meaning he never forget how he becomes such a great actor.

it`s unfair to say such things about him.Kristen said that going back to Twilight was "like going back to school... (not very exiting).
But the fact is that both of them are really devoted to their work and they do their best to make everyone satisfied with Twilight movies.and both of them know that they have to move on and to think about their perspectives after the saga.
I truly hope WFE goes well for Rob. He sounds so excited about the movie and clearly has high hopes for it.
@Anon 3:08 AM Agreed. I love both Rob and Kristen but I think it's disrespectful how fans are giving out about her not being there with Rob. Fans should be happy that Rob went and be grateful with the appearances they got. I love Kristen and would had been delighted if she made an apperance but we can't expect Rob and Kristen are going to show up at every public event together. We should be happy with what we get and enjoy it. I loved the Golden Globes and now I can't wait for the Oscars and Baftas.
I watched the interview and Rob did seem to speak more eagerly of WFE than Twilight. I don't see why that should be paint Rob in a bad light though. I'm sure he still cares about the fans of the book and wants to do the best he can as Edward.
But you can't blame him for being more excited about WFE. He does get a lot of criticism for being in Twilight and has only ever being known for being "Edward". I bet he he was really happy when they announced him as "Rob from Water for Elephants". It made a change from being accounced as the "vampire from Twilight".
I doubt Rob is ungrateful for Twilight. He knows that if it wasn't for Twilight he wouldn't be where he is now. But at the same thing, Rob deserves to be known for other things. He wants to be seen as an actor, not just one character.

Guys, I am a bit tired of complains, if you're not happy with my coverage I am not forcing any one of you to follow my blog. The reason why we have lots of Rob posts is because of his attendance at the Globes and the WFE reshoots. Sorry, but as much I want to post Kristen-related news I just cant come up and invent one or post some random stuff like a mere Kristen-mention in a kids' show or really super shallow news... I am constantly checking Kristen sites and even these sites do not have new posts not related to the GGs (Rob and PFach mentioning her). Sorry for the morning rant but I would appreciate if a little more logic is used here at the comment section.
And to the regulars thanks for the constant shower of love. I guess I need a serious hug after the very tiring GG coverage.

You know what I just have to say this: some people that comment here are really disrespectful of other opinions! It's like we are not allowed to say ANYTHING remotely negative about Rob or Kristen or Twilight! And I'm totally not talking about haters and people who try to be mean, but for people who criticise constructively or people who don't agree with something about Robsten! Is it so bad that some people (and me included, once in a while) don't find everything about them absolutely and completely perfect?? Of course we love them, of course we admire them, but we all have different personalities, we can't agree with everything other people think! And I don't wish to offend anyone with this, but just to express my opinion which I think is neither hateful nor bad-natured!
And also S, don't listen to anybody honey!! You're doing the most terrific job than any other fanblog or fanwebsite I've ever seen, seriously! So obviously he is divorcing his callous, unsupportive wife, right? Seriously, I don't know how you do it, S? Just promise me you won't move onto anything stronger than Tylenol--We don't want this site to push you into a 12 step program =)

Oh forgot to address the boredom issues. I get bored at my job all the time. Doesn't mean I hate it and am ready for it to be over. Also WFE is the next project coming out so it makes sense that Rob would discuss it a lot. When BD is next, I'm sure he will discuss it plenty.

Rob was rocking that fabulous navy blue Tux!!It's wonderful to see him so relaxed and smiling,he has got a good rapport with this interviewer Shaun Robinson and it shows I love the banter..Shaun-"we are like ships,..Rob "yes passing each other once a year"great stuff!..I'm not sure ,did Enews interviewed Rob on the Red carpet at all..Ryan seacrest productions seems not to give Rob much coverage as before since that NM interview w/Seacrest in 2009..just saying..It's their loss..!well at least this is a better interview than that Alexa Chung..IMO ...she was boring..compared to Shaun and Josh-of MTV..now that was fun and he asked relevant and very interesting questions!!Thank you ..S..for all your hard work to give us awesome coverage of Golden Globe..this my first time watching it beacause of ROB!!Hi to lala/c,twilola and Malia!!

RobStenation: It is your blog so you post about what you want to. You do a great job!!! Of course I like all the Rob stuff because I am mainly a Rob fan (or was) but I certainly am not going to complain if there are days where there is more Kristen info. I am getting to know more about Kristen now and becoming a bigger fan. But I am perfectly fine with seeing info on both, if there is info on both to post. And if I wasn't, that would not be your problem. Different fans are here for different reasons. How can someone complain about a blog that is not their's to complain about? Oh well, anything is fine with me. I agree with you though about people not having to follow it if they don't want. There are plenty of sites on each actor so if someone does not like the coverage, they can go find a site that covers what they want. And that was meant to be a statement of logic or fact, not to be mean. If there was no Rob info, I would have to go to another site to get that info but certainly would not complain to you about your site. Yikes, that is kind of rude. Sorry you have to go through that. I know you are a big Kristen fan and would post more info for those fans if you had it.
But back to other things. It is sad that people get all over Kristen each time she is not at an event with Rob or does not fondle him if she is. All this is a decision between just those two people, and their schedule of course, and not us. He did look great though last night.
@Anon 12.11 Funny thing is I got the same stuff when Kristen and Tay were doing Eclipse promos and Rob was filming WFE. Extreme Rob fans were dissatisfied with the surge of Kristen (with Tay) posts and also were accusing me of being biased towards Kristen. Thank God for pap pics from WFE Set of else- I had zero Rob posts that time, too. lol I just never win. Yeah, sometimes I can laugh about it and sometimes I really need to address the issue.
I really do not understand why extreme Rob and Kristen fans follow my blog, they shd just stay at their exclusive Rob and Kristen sites.

I think all of us just love to see Rob and Kristen together. Who wouldn't love them? Tthe good thing about this site is we could express our bitter feelings if RobSten didn't appear together at events. I guess the drama of Kristen not able to attend GG or else is just an expression of something lost while we expected more. That's normal. And thanks S for giving us this place to share our feelings.

Anon, at 12:11, I think you are really correct. I really think this site is intended for those that are a fan of both. The stories most of us tend to like the most (I think?), are the ones that Robstenation can find on them as a couple. Those are the ones I love. There are lots of sites that are just one or the other if that is what someone wants. I posted that I was primarily a Rob fan before and that is what drew me here because S is a wealth of information on him or them as a couple but I have become more and more a fan of Kristen's also since I started reading this site. It is just because before, I did not know much about her until this site and all of its wealth of knowledge. But I love hearing about both now either separately and especially them as a couple. She seems to find every bit of info about them very well - more so then any of the other sites I have been on. It appears to me to be the intention of this site by the name - for people that are fans of both - or at the very least, does not dislike the one or the other - so I also don't understand why anyone that was a hardcore fan of just one of them and did not especially care for the other, would even want to be on here. There has been more news out there on one lately but it should not matter if you are a fan of both because eventually there will probably be more stories of the other for one reason or the other (a new movie or some other big info) or there will be more sightings together. It all seems to work out. And we should not try to make S pull stories of little value out of the blue on one or the other to appease one side or the other. I know she is a fan of Kristen's so I am positive she comes up with everything she can of any value on her and Rob. And I don't think she should give it another thought beyond that.
This is a Robsten site, forgive me if Im wrong. Which means coverage of both Rob and Kristen. So, like you said S, you get what is out there at the time. If Rob is not doing anything public, theres no news. Same with Kristen. In my opinion, if you want to just follow Rob news or just follow Kristen news then do to a website that follows just that person and stop the complaining. Im sick of wasting my time reading it.
As for the Kristen not going, since when has she EVER just randomly gone to one of these things?! And we damn well know she wouldnt be with Rob. OTR isnt close to coming out like WFE is. BD is FAR from even being done filming. We all know Kristen isnt comfortable at huge awards shows like these so why would she just go to go? My lord.

Phew I've finally watched everything, thanks S your site is really useful! So... Rob was gorgeous in his blue suit, such a nice color on him, & I like the red hair :p He seemed a bit nervous but still quite comfortable, I hope he had fun - I guess these award shows can be pretty boring sometimes! And God he's so funny... I missed it! I was happy to see him and really can't wait for him to start the WFE promotion tour.
I didn't expect Kristen to come until some tweets implied she might show up giving us hope. Our girl has every reason to go to such award shows, too. In the end, I'm not really disappointed as I also like to see the two separately, but just pissed that some people fooled us. We will see her in February anyway, right ?
And Rob's enthusiasm for WFE is so contagious! I know he was doing a bit of promotion at the GG but still. He sure seems to love doing other projects - same for K - it's exciting for us, too. Cosmopolis FTW! :)
BTW, I think Twi has nothing to do with WFE promotion & that he meant Twi is more like a home than something boring. But IMO, he's just not as big of a Twi fan as we are - being on the other side of the fence maybe or for other reasons. And it's definitely not a problem. I mean, he loves it enough to work hard for his part & to do a lot of promotion - mainly for the fans. Plus he's a fucking great Edward and he seems to have fun making the movies, so it's cool! I'm sure it will be a sad day when he will have to say good bye to Twi. It's a big part of his life and yeah, he has always shown respect to the big step it offered him in his career.
