Josh Hutcherson mentions Kristen

MTV "I actually got to talk to Kristen Stewart tonight for the first time in five years, at least," Hutcherson revealed to MTV News. "That was awesome to connect with her again, especially after everything that's happened to the both of us [with 'Twilight' and 'The Hunger Games']. It's nice to just kind of be able to talk again and hopefully have some sort of friendship. She's fantastic."

Kristen talks Scriptwriting with Rob and SWATH Sequel

by veronicaspuffy
MTV When MTV News caught up with Stewart at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, we asked her to address rumors that she and Pattinson are working on a script together.
“We are constantly working,” she said, “but no.”
We are!” her “Snow White and the Huntsman” co-star Chris Hemsworth chimed in. ” ‘Snow White and the Huntsman 2′ written by us, and it might be more of a straight-to-video version if they let us write it.
No, no,” Stewart replied.

Hemsworth defended his statement: “If they let us write it! If they let us write it.”
“It’ll be better,” she said. “Our version? We’ve basically written it. No, I’m kidding. We’re gonna write the second one, all of us [in the cast].”

Kristen and Chris MMA Backstage Interview

YouTubeSomeLostBliss

MTV When MTV News caught up with Stewart and her co-star Chris Hemsworth after they presented the award for Best Female Performance, we asked them for reactions to the film's positive reviews and overall reception among fans. "Yeah, it was a relief, wasn't it?" Hemsworth said. "The thing is, people love the movie, the fans are excited about it, that's the biggest pat on the back, that's the biggest reward."

Stewart agreed, adding that she would have been proud of the film regardless of its reception. "I really dig this one so much. Like [Hemsworth] said, we're very proud," she said. "It could have done nothing and we'd still be proud of it, so it's cool that people sort of raised their hands and are like, 'I like it too!' It's sort of like, 'Really?' "

Kristen talks about the MMAs

by veronicaspuffy

MTV For the past few years, it was the 'Twilight' show, and it was bizarre. This year's going to be fun. It's going to be like, 'Please, God, something different,' " she told MTV UK while promoting her other big movie, "Snow White and the Huntsman." "I would love to see how someone else dealt with it, to be honest. If we didn't win, I'd actually be kind of stoked to see how it all goes down, how they handle it."

She's on her own for the acceptance speech this time too. The first two years they won, she and Robert Pattinson teased the audience by almost, sort of, maybe kissing, while last year, Pattinson memorably ran out into the crowd and smooched his other co-star, Taylor Lautner. When MTV News recently caught up with Pattinson, he said that he's excited to see what his co-star will do if they win Best Kiss.

"[I won't be there, because] I have to be in Toronto for 'Cosmopolis,' but I think Kristen is going, so she's going to kiss herself if she wins," he laughed. "People have to vote [to see]!"

Just don't expect Stewart to drop her Golden Popcorn or do anything else clumsy this year. "I'm not nervous. I'm very comfy there. I feel like I've lived there for years," she said. "The first year was far and away very different from how I feel now. And I'm really stoked to come with 'Snow White.' I think it will be different. I think it will be fun this year. Not that it wasn't the other years, but I think it will be fun in a different way."

Rob and Kristen talk about 'Best Kiss'

MTV UK There are only a few more hours left to cast your votes for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, and should you need more reason to throw your support behind four-time Best Kiss nominees and three-time winners Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, we have one for you, courtesy of Pattinson himself.

When MTV UK recently caught up with the actor during an early press day for his highly anticipated film "Cosmopolis," we asked him about his chances in bringing home a fourth golden popcorn trophy for his smooch with Stewart in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" and if they have plans to make a creative acceptance speech if they win.

"I don't know," he said. "We didn't get nominated for anything else. I'm like, 'Grr,' " Pattinson joked about their film's two nominations this year, versus the multiple nominations in previous years. "[I won't be there because] I have to be in Toronto for 'Cosmopolis,' but I think Kristen is going so she's going to kiss herself if she wins."

When asked about the specifics of Stewart's plans for kissing herself, Pattinson didn't want to give too much away.

"People have to vote [to see]!" he said with a laugh.

So what does Pattinson's leading lady think of their chances for winning the award a fourth year in a row?

"You know, you can't have too many expectations going into that," Stewart told MTV News recently during her appearance at our Sneak Peek Week Q and A for "Snow White and the Huntsman." "There's a lot going into that, just to be there is a huge honor.

The 22-year-old actress went on to say that she is still surprised to have taken home any Best Kiss awards, given the very memorable onscreen kisses performed by previous winners.

"When I was young, the [Best] Kiss was always a big thing, that's why winning always [seemed impossible]. I think the 'Spider-Man' [kiss] I always imagined, 'You're never going to be able [to live up to that] and then the 'Notebook' [kiss] happened and then [I thought], 'I'm never going to try and top those.' "

Kristen talks about the possibility of losing MTV's 'Best Kiss'

When asked if she had any fighting talk for Jennifer and Josh, Kristen told MTV.co.uk: “I don’t know. For the last few years it was ‘The Twilight Show’ and it was bizarre and this year’s gonna be fun. It’s gonna be like ‘Oh good, something different! Please God, something different’.

“I would love to see them go up there and I would love to see how someone else dealt with it to be honest. It’s like ‘are you gonna do it?’, ‘are you gonna give it to them’.”  “If we didn’t win, I would actually be stoked to see like how it all goes down and how they handle it.”

The cast also includes Sam Claflin, who plays William, a young duke enraptured by Snow White’s purity and defiance.

So, how do you nab one of the coveted seats in the audience to view these flicks and see the stars in person? Glad you asked! MTV partnered with Chevrolet for the First Look contest. More on MTV

MTV Movie Awards 2012 Update

Photobucket

I'm posting this to answer most of your questions about this year's MTV Movie Awards/MMAs...and yes, to vent, rant...whatever. lol

The Hollywood Reporter The MTV Movie Awards is classing up its act. For the venerable celebration of Hollywood’s 21st edition in June, multiple awards categories have been dropped, a few others added, and the network has installed an “academy” of actors, producers, agents and other industry insiders to vote on nominees, including a “breakthrough performance” award voted on by directors. Although the network won’t reveal voter names, the panel strategy is similar to the one used for the annual Video Music Awards and is designed to broaden the nominees and winners and lend some credibility to an event that has been criticized as merely a venue for Hollywood to promote its summer blockbusters. Voting begins May 1 and will be voted by fans, though as usual, viewer voting for the night’s top award —“movie of the year”—continues through the live show on June 3 from the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City.
