While receving her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Reese Witherspoon shares what she was doing when she was notified of the honor.
"I was on the set of a movie. I was doing Water For Elephants with Robert Pattinson and we were shooting when they called me and I was like, “That’s so exciting! I love that idea!”

I think most people misread Rob's shyness as taking himself too seriously like James alluded to here...he just wouldn't do the over the top cheesy/campy musical bits I have seen at past Oscars.
His bit with Taylor and Tom Cruise for MTV was very funny though. So, I hope they reconsider and make him (and hopefully Kristen) do something funny at the oscars. Since Franco is such a fanboy - I think he will :)

Love that James is a fan, but obviously he's never seen Rob on Jimmy Fallon in a tree all "bothered". There's no way anyone could think he takes himself too seriously after that. As for Kristen, I think she just gets too nervous, I mean do you remember how much attention she got for coughing while presenting at the Oscars--Geez!! Sadly, it probably also means we'll never see them host SNL.
They are both so great! And actually I think it wasn't fair that we said Reese looked old in WFE, because seeing her like that it's like seeing her in Cruel Intentions again! All sweet and young! I think it's the hair and the general styling that make her look different!
And also I wanna ask something almost irrelevant, but since we are talking about James, has any of you seen 127 hours? It's actually playing at this film festival in my city and it's for two screenings only! And I wanted to see it but I wanted to ask first about a particular violent and bloody scene it has (I don't wanna specify it and spoil it for the ones who hadn't seen it and who don't know)! Is that scene bearable? I mean I heard some people actually passed out during it!
@jess I love 127 hours because it reminded me of 'Into the Wild' and I adore Danny Boyle. About that scene you were asking, uhmm I had to look away. Well, I'm a bit squeamish. Just look away bb. lol
S thanks!! yeah, that's what I think I'll be doing! And I'm so not a thriller person, I can't stand the blood! I have never fainted or anything, but I remember one time I saw a scene in one of the Scream movies, it was a scene where Drew Barrymore was murdered, and there was actually a lot of blood and I felt like I was gonna throw up! But yeah, just gonna look away! :D
I know it's pathetic and I'm a bloody fool but I am really really missing Robsten right now.
Yeah i always loved Reese and if i remember well Rob actually played with her in one of his first films:she was his mom LOL :))

I've loved James from the moment I first laid eyes on him, hot, & what a phenomenal actor..James Dean was his perfection! Too bad BC didn't put him in BD tho; would've been so cool, darn..he's one of the best twi fans, & so funny too; can't wait to see him host the Academies & what he'll do Twi-wise,lol!! Glad Reese got her star too; love that sweetie!! Hugs S & everybody...

@Denisa: Yes, you are right. Robert and Reese played together in Vanity Fair where Reese plays as Robert's mom. I wondered if Robert feels awkward for the kissing scene in WFE...I mean...you kiss your co-star who once becomed your mother. LOL.
Anyway, I think WFE is going to be good. It's a powerful story and really can't wait to see both Reese and Rob in the movie.

Oscar bits are usually taped so nerves don't really factor in. And Kristen got comments from "fans" and "nerdy bloggers". She's a tough girl I wouldn't rule her out.
James Franco is brillant!I have liked him since freaks and geeks.It was only on one season but it is avail on DVD. He reminds me of cross between Montgomery Cliff and James Dean.
awww I've always loved James Franco and his smile is so contagious. I'd actually love to see him work with Kristen, that'd be pretty interesting. but LOL @ Bill turning him down haha that's funny.
Actually I would love James and Rob together for a Judd Apatow kind of comedy! I loved him in Pineapple Express! Maybe a Seth Rogen-James-Rob movie! That would be awesome, I would definitely watch that!!!!
And I think James would be great in a movie with Kristen too! I think they have played in several same kind movies, like indie dramas and stuff, so it would be really great to see them together on screen!
