Newsflash to the world: Kristen Stewart is not just Bella anymore. Sure, that’s something that most Twi-Hards actually knew already, but the rest of the universe seemed to have missed the memo. Until this year, that is, when K-Stew blew away audiences and critics in the indie rock epic “The Runaways” and the intense family drama “Welcome to the Rileys.” Add yet another appearance as Bella and you have the makings of an actress that is going to be with us for decades to come — sparkly vampires or not.

And we also know what the other half of you are thinking: nooooo, she belongs with Jacob! Whichever way your jib is cut, though, you’ve got to admit that the heroes of both Team Jacob and Team Edward continue to set the bar for on-screen chemistry with their lady love. Now if only we can convince the producers of “The Twilight Saga” to include Team Coco in the next movie…

Finally some recognition & respect for my favorite actress~~she embodied Joan Jett all the way; blew everyone away in WTTR & of course IMO she IS BELLA to a T; played Georgia w/perfection in CakeEaters too! The people who mattered in the industry have know of Kristen's immense talent for years. Had she never done Twi she would have a good career going and probably would have already received more critical acclaim for what she would have been doing. But Twi turned out good. 20 years old and the career and relationship deal is already solved.
As for the other story, I am just not a fan of Jacob. I like Taylor just fine. He is a good kid. Despise the little manipulative punk he portrays. Rob' comments on Jacob on the DVD expressed my feelings exactly.
Just gotta say, that photo of Kristen is absolutely breathtaking! Kudos to the photographer for capturing her beauty. I'm thinking I just got a glimpse of turned Bella in BD as described in the book.

Great to see Kristen recognized for her talent and to see that her role as Bella is included in that recognition. Too often Twilight is seen as an aside or something the actors have to rise above to receive accolades. When I think the actors, specifically the Big 3, bring their characters to life seamlessly. They just seem to get better and better with each movie and really are starting to wear their roles like a second skin.
And, Okay I know many will disagree, but I kinda went "Awww, how nice" when I saw that Bella/Jacob were the runner up to Bella/Edward. It's nice to see all of them recognized for their onscreen and offscreen chemistry. I think Taylor plays best friend full of pain and hostility so well and Rob plays ideal perfection, well, perfectly. And Kristen has such amazing chemistry with both of them. Kristen has said she and Taylor have a very Jacob/Bella relationship ie. friendship and we all now know without a doubt, Kristen and Rob have a very Edward/Bella relationship ie. epic true love.

Even if I already know the magnitude of Kristen's talent (and it keeps getting better as she gets older), it still brings a proud smile to my face when recognition such as these are given to her. She always brings so much life into each of the characters she plays most especially in her non-Twi roles.
@malia..ITA with you about how Kristen portrayed Georgia in the Cake Eaters. It was in that movie that I sat up and started taking notice of the acting chops of this young girl. @malia, did not realize we are on the same side of the world. I am just across the wide Pacific from you, in No. Cal. And ditto to your comment..the bestest best couple out there, Robsten is. @lala/c..glad to read that your son is doing better. I caught the bug myself when the grandkids brought it with them during Christmas.

@lala/c..I have three grandsons, a 5 yr old, a 2 yr old and a month old and one granddaughter, she's almost 4 going on 40. They are a handful for the hubby and I when we babysit but they complete our lives and we would not want it any other way. I like your cat's name too, Kofi, isn't it? I have two cats also.

@Twilola, totally agree with you. I feel pride, too, when Kristen gets the recognition she deserves. So funny how we can get attached to these kids and feel the same pride in their accomplishments as our own. Kristen and Rob apparently bring that out in many of us. I admire many other actors, but sure don't feel the same about any of them as I do about K and R. There's just something so special about them, and it's probably just that they are so real, so unpretentious, so anti-Hollywood. And that love, whew, makes my heart beat fast to think about it. I've never seen love like that before. Like Bette said, it's enchanting. The way they look at each other, the way they're always in their love bubble, it's just so beautiful. This whole experience makes me feel younger and happier. (I'm a granny, too, Twilola, five of them.)

Not exactly shocking Kristen's talent is always recogized by critics (ebert loves her) and people in the business it's a fandom of women that puts her lower on the list.
About the 'Team Coco' pun. Its just a joke to include Conan O'Brien, his team is Team Coco, in the Saga.
