The latest good news for The City’s film industry is the decision by director Walter Salles to shoot scenes this week in San Francisco for his latest film “On the Road,” based on the novel written by Jack Kerouac.
The production is shooting this week at 23rd and Carolina streets, the Bay Bridge, and Filbert and Leavenworth streets. Filming wraps up Friday.
But just the few days of shooting is seen as a positive. And a driving-away scene being shot this week in San Francisco is said to likely end up as the final scene in the film, which is set for release in 2011.

This is def good news, post prod starts shortly. I hope they will release stills soon and if we're lucky a trailer, as well. Need to see more of MarylouStew.

WOW! You actually covered something to do with Kristen's movie and not just Twilight or the fact she's Rob's gf! AMAZING.
I am SO looking forward to this movie. I hope Walter Salles will bring the same energy and fascinating madness to the screen, that the book has. Not to mention all the "raunchy" scenes with Marylou...

@9:30 Anon. You must be new here. This (meaning, this page only) has to be the first post that you've actually seen if you say that. Hell, do you see the google search engine right there? On the right side? Yeah, right there. See it? If you're too bulazy to go thru all the postings, could just type in words and google will search all the posts for you. Type in Welcome to the Rileys or The Runaways or On the Road or The Yellow Hankerchief and see what kind of results you get. It's like magic! Don't you love google? It's pretty awesome. Anywhooo, what I'm saying is if you had actually taken the time to go back and check out the previous posts, you would have seen that this blog supports all things Rob, Kristen, Robsten and Twi. Next time, maybe you should do just a little bit of research so that your sarcasm just doesn't come across as ignorance. S works very hard to bring us all this wonderful stuff and we don't appreciate your ignorant sarcasm. If you're just trying to create "drama," then you should move on to some other blog that appreciates that kind of spite.

You obviously don't frequent this blog very often, because if you did, you would know that S, is a HUGE fan of Rob and Kristen TOGETHER and as INDIVIDUALS. OH, and you would ALSO know that I (and everyone else) will not tolerate sarcastic, rude comments towards S!! She puts all this hard work and dedication into her blog so we can all share our love of Rob, Kristen and Robsten! That's why we love this blog so much!! It highlights the acting talents of Rob and Kristen together in Twilight and their individual work AND it most definitely showcases their love, happiness, hotness and amazing chemistry TOGETHER as a couple!! WHY? Because you can FEEL it emanate from them! If you are a lover of Rob and Kristen as individuals you should want their happiness as a couple!! WE ALL WANT THAT HERE. WOOT WOOT!! FINALLY the shooting comes to an end. I'm totally excited to see this movie, I loved the book when I read & studied it at the university. It's like every new movies Kristen makes have already something I love in them, that's one of the many reasons why I'm crazy about her :D

@Anon 9:30 ; I know very well that you don't believe a word you said. You know very well that S. covers everything related to Kris, even when Rob is not involved at all. So I'm not gonna bother defending her on the matter.
But I'm gonna answer you for the real reason you're here: "No, you can't.". You can't contaminate this blog with your hate or your crazy love (either way, it's polluting). You can't get any closer than that to our S. bec she has a lot of friends and even more supporters. And you can't saty any longer around bec S. will easily introduce you to the "ou" button (she's been already too good to let you have your way with a single opinion when you obviously don't deserve it).
So...no; you DEF can't. But yeah; feel free to start a Kristen dedicated site where you hate on Rob and make saracastic comments about Robsten. We'll be more than happy to avoid it :)

when i saw the article, kristen pic with strawberry blonde hair (stew in marylou's style) was just next on my right (this is kind of funny!!).
i can't wait to see the trailer and the promotion stills, we all know that kristen character in this movie is a challenging role for her, but can someone tell me marylou story, cuz i don't read the book.
