Ohh these look good, I love that in all the photo's Rob really looks like an arrogant man(to put it politely) who is clearly 'in charge' just by his posture! It's great. That's Holly Grainger in the first pic isn't it? I'm excited to see them on screen together again! :)

The release dates are completely crazy - why should Portugal get it before the rest of the world??? I bet we're gont ot be told soon this is going to change again for the umpteenth time.

yeah, is this normal?, first some special screening in Belgium, now Portugal. i mean should not the critics see it first or am i missing something? does this benefit the film? being scattered at random dates all over?
i am just wondering, i really do not know how promotion and releases work. maybe its different because its not a blockbuster.

@lala Ikr? I'm really hoping that it will be featured in a film festival so critics will take notice. But the random screenings is not unusual, since BA is an indie film.

I've noticed that sometimes we get small indie films a lot sooner here (in Greece which is a very small country). Maybe to test the waters with a small audience, I'm not sure. So I'm just hoping we'll have the same release date as Portugal (fingers crossed)
i have no idea if we will get it over here. we did get the runaways for a short period, will see. smallest country in the world mine, lol
Rob is just a sweet guy, the sweetest, his smile is the sweetest ever. BUT, here he plays an evil guy. You can say from the looks, without even knowing what the story is about. And in truth, I know only very little about the story, I still have to read the book.
That such a sweet and humble guy can turn into such a bad character this convincingly shows that Rob is an amazing actor.

What a lovely pic of him with Holly G it is interesting that they have both scrubbed up well and come a long way from The Bad Mothers Handbook So good to see them both doing well in their careers. Saw her in the Borgias and apparently she is playing Estella in a Big screen version of Great Expectations this year a Mike Newell film and we know he is a definite fan of Rob called him Golden when he directed him in Harry Potter Goblet of Fire Such exciting futures for them both !

@S Ooh yes, I guess I missed that. Pretty silly of me to think that I knew something you hadn't posted yet... S, the woman faster than the light! Haha
Anyway, it's a good thing that it's such a succes. Hopefully that means that it will be shown more often in Holland, also at a time and place I can go :)

Now the Pathe site says that it will be released March 8 (besides of course the screening of this Sunday). They keep changing the date, like they did with WTTR. First that one would be released Summer 2011, eventually it was shown at the end of the year... So I guess the releadate of BA is not very concrete yet, but I'll keep my eye open for you (and myself of course lol), searching for some official news ;) But yeah, I know I'm a lucky bastard: at least there is already some news about i here!
