'Beyond the Trailer' host Grace Randolph and real moviegoers review 'Water for Elephants' GoSeeWFE!
Like I said, we will have little-to-zero 'film critics' reviews of Rob's movie, for me real people reviews are far more interesting and def more important than those coming from high-brow film critics. JMO, of course.

well i read more than one review S and without seeing the film i can still say the critics are being ridiculous. i mean 2 oscar winners for God's sake, and even from the trailers one can see the beautiful photography.it reminds me of 'The English Patient' one of my faves. ahhhh never mind read nothing peeps just watch the film.
loveeee what they said about rob and his acting ! hope he get the recognition he deserves !! i have to wait May to see it in my country, so unfair :)
hugs everyone
Definitely not diggin' this woman "host" but I'm glad she interviewed people who had just seen the movie because she started off kind of negatively, which was weird. That's why I never listen to reviews by so- called critics. I like what I like and don't care what reviewers say--unless of course they agree with me. Then they are absolutely brilliant!!
I agree with you, S. Real people reviews are more interesting and more or less reflective of the public's reception and perception of a movie. I've read around 6 movie critics' reviews of WFE and they have been conflicting! Some dissed Rob's acting, others praised him; some said Rob and Reese have no chemistry, while others said they had; and some liked the look of the film, while a few said that the look was too glossy. Reviews are always subjective, because in the end art is subjective. So it's always best for each person to watch the movie and form his/her own opinion. I just wish that I can watch it NOW, but I have to wait till next month when it shows in my country. This video just made me want to watch it more. I can't wait to see if I agree with their opinons or not.
ITA ,with you Anonymous 11:09am,.yes,this host woman has that intimidating look and I was not impressed by her tone of voice..she sound abrupt and arrogant, she looks like she was ready to pounced on those people she was interviewing if they gave a 10 out of ten or a thumbs -up for WFE..JMO!..the opinions by the real people movie goers were excellent..hi to lala/c,The English Patient was one of my faves film /read the book as well..now we got his HolyHotness..Robert..what's his name..you know the one who looks like Edward Cullen in Twilight and 'Jacob in WFE!!lol!now I'm like..Ralph ..who??lol!!hugs to all the gang!:)
The audience - real persons - always makes the difference and it is the most important ! Danielle
I wish I could click LIKE to your "Like I said comment" S! I read one review and hit exit! I don't care one iota what anyone thinks about this movie, except for my own opinion, and everyone on this site! I know everyone hear feels the exact same way I do!
I hope Rob sees this for the comments would be what he is waiting for, not the critic reviews on Rotton Tomatoes. These are real live comments and all averaged out to an 8.5 which is fantastic. Rob would be proud.
Again, why would we want to read critiques that would bash Rob and this wonderful movie? lol OH thanks again for agreeing with my opinion, I remember this also happened with Kristen's 'Rileys'. Film critics never ever influenced me at all, not one bit. Well, at times when I read them they influence me to go violent on them. Well, that's one way to go I guess. lmao.
Cheers!
omg i'm so happy and proud of Rob!! he worked so hard for this and he deserves the recognition! i can't wait to see the movie i know i'm gonna love it! :)
I just got back home from seeing WFE for the second time in 3 days and it was just as fantastic this time as the first. It's always good to see movies you really like a few times because there always seems to be something you missed. I didn't like what that first announcer at the beginning of this video said about the movie or about Rob because I think she was totally wrong of her concept of the movie and being kinda bitchy about it also. I was glad to see though that the ppl they interviewed other than that one woman who gave it a 5 all loved the movie, loved Rob & loved all the other actors also and they got opinions pretty much from all walks of life & different nationalities that all liked it so I think that is a great sign for the movie and for Rob's future as an actor. I will definately be seeing it again and not just because I adore Rob but because it really was that great of a movie to me.
Hey guys, just skip the host. lol Like I said were focusing here on the review of the moviegoers.
the critics are playing "saving my own balls" game! who gives a shit about them?
The reviewers were vicious in one case Marshall Fines said he thought less of the people WHO READ THE BOOK. He also said he hasn't read the book. But what he said about Rob was scathing. Sorry, I'm still not over it.
Water for Elephants is wonderful and Rob is wonderful in it.
I am going today to see it for the third time. I loved it!
