One of those scenes is where "Edward" takes "Bella" to "Isle Esme" in a boat.
According to one source, Robert Pattinson (who, obviously, portrays the character) has been seen in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (also a prominent filming location for Breaking Dawn) learning how to drive a boat on one of the state's rivers.
"... that Rob was on a river in Baton Rouge early this morning, driving a “speed boat” with an instructor. We’re told by another source that he was followed by a rescue boat with certified scuba divers — just in case."
The speculation offered is that Pattinson is learning to drive a boat in preparation for the scene mentioned above.
If authenticity in presentation is the goal of this film (which seems to be the case with the Brazil filming location news), it makes sense that Pattinson would need to take boating lessons for that scene.

well, this is brilliant,..Rob learned how to drive a car in twilight..,..now, he needs to learn how to drive a speed boat!!and as @lala/c said..he doesn't need any lessons for the rest;).. I think the feathers will definitely be flying everywhere!!this is just like "The Leg Hitched"..this has become one of the topics of conversations about the honeymoon scenes in BD..including the headboard,ripped negligee,the floor...I'm sure we are not going to be disappointed!Rob is going to look HOT! driving that speed boat with beautiful lady Kristen on board:)..hi to my favs, Twilola, and all fans on robstenation!!

If true, I have a feeling that for safety/insurance reasons, he will probably only drive it a coupe feet from the shore in the movie (and his stunt double will do the rest) -- I still wanna see it tho :)...

Well, at least in this scene they are really staying true to the book. Rob on a speedboat; I agree that is just so sexy to think of!!!
I do agree with @anonymous 4:29..the stunt doubles will have to take care of the riskier moves. Can you imagine if something happens to Rob and Kristen??

And oh my I'm interrested of Breaking Dawnnnnn!!! I can't wait. LOL. Maybe I re-watch the three previous movies then when Eclipse is on DVD, every day so that the time will pass quicklier.. haHA.. Yeah.
But I'm sure Rob will learn how to drive speedboat. He'll be great in it.
