No one thought Headmaster Willy MacMullen could top last year’s Headmaster Holiday announcement. But director/producer Peter Berg came through yet again, filming a video message with Pattinson in a Baton Rouge cemetery.

Taft is actually a school in CT but he was recording in LA because that is where Rob is. It is just an announcement for the school, nothing more. It was nice of Rob to do it. He does look adorkable.

Apparently from what I gather Taft is a school Peter Berg graduated from in 1980 and each year they have a tradition of a Head Master Holiday (day off of school). Berg makes a film to announce it (last year he had Will Smith help him). The names are of students and the head master. I was so confused when I first saw it too but now it makes sense.

What a great tradition for this school and undoubtedly each year tries to outdo the year before. What a feather in Peter's cap that he was able to get Rob to do it. Rob looked so sweet, could hardly keep from cracking up. I could just eat him up, gladly.
I think "Battleship" is also currently filming in Louisiana and Peter Berg is directing that. So maybe this bit was filmed in Baton Rouge? Who knows, regardless, SO cool of Rob to do this! He's making some good connections. I always love to see who he is/and maybe working with in the future! Go Rob!

Just read the article at Taft School. Now, this video has to be beat next year and one lady said they had to get Paul McCartney and she gets to be on stage with him. I don't think anything can beat Rob. He has the right look to start filming BD, still like a young teenager.
Wow, after reading the comment that this school is in Connecticut (I live in Connecticut) I had to do some investigating. There are lots of schools named Taft in Connecticut, so it didn't ring a bell. Looks like a very hoity toity boarding school for the elite. Not surprising for Connecticut, lol. Well, parts of it anyway, not my part.

Wow ! Looks like Rob has really been working out. He looks fabulous! He also (for some reason to me) looks younger doesn't he? His hair is grown out from WFE and shaped for BD looks like a shorter Edward hair style, which he mentioned maybe having in BD in an interview recently. He is so adorable. @monica, you are not alone. I was hoping from the moment Rob said that maybe Edward would get a hair cut that it would happen. And, it looks like my wishes have been answered. Also, I don't think it will be as short as everyone thinks once they gel it up into Edward's style. He just looks so sexy and fresher with the shorter hair.
