I am definitely a dog person but I'm not too fond of cats. So I can definitely relate to what Rob is saying lol :) No offence to cat lovers x

Yes, I'm pretty sure Rob is aware that Kris loves cats. I believe he says "Cat lovers are HOT".
I'm thinking the main reason Rob thinks cats don't like him is because Jella has let him know that Rob is intruding on his 'territory'. In Jella's mind, he stole his (Jella's) Kris away. Cats are very possessive as you probably already know if you are a cat lover. My husband had a cat when we met. HUGE cat. No matter how nice I was to that cat he HATED me for stealing his owner away from him, so to speak. The very first time I attempted to pet him (uh, the cat) he viciously bit me. I never attempted to interact with that cat again. I swear if he could have, he would have happily stabbed me repeatedly (at least that was what his little face told me every single time I visited).

They'll be bantering over this comment if she's listened to this interview, or if he ever tries to argue by saying cat lovers are heartless - she will so tell him where to go lol. I don't think he'd win at all.

Jella's probably bitter about the whole "cats die", and he probably gets the vibe that Rob doesn't like cats. I've always got the vibe from interviews that Rob prefers dogs. So maybe Jella's possessive over his owner - he probably sees less of her now if Kristen's at hotels with Rob -and probably gets the vibe Rob's not too keen.
I swear that can happen. Cats do know if you like them or not. My sisters ex boyfriend, was spat at all the time by one of our cats. He didn't like cats, and the cat could tell.
