The lab one was part of acting, I don't think she should feel uncomfortable, they were probably surrounded with 20 people when they were shooting the part.

the eclipse meadow scene killed me too! *dead* i love it more than the leg hitch because they are more relaxed in the meadow. not acting at all, they're just teasing each other like they normally do. and the way kristen kisses him...gaaaaah! love it
