Ashley Greene has a few ground rules for interviews. One, she never comments on whether her Twilight costars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are in fact an item. "If they don't talk about it, I'm certainly not going to," she says.

(...)The actress iniatilly tried out for the role of Bella before being called back to audition for Alice, a character she related to immediately upon reading the books. "Everyone asks, 'Weren't you jealous?' No, I think that the casting was so spot-on, especially between Rob and Kristen," Greene says. "Dude, I just got lucky in all fronts, because not only am I in Twilight, but the character's just so damn lovable."

Greene talks about the Twilight cast as if they were a second family, and about Pattinson as if he were an awkward brother. " Rob. Oh, Rob. He's very endearing, but you've seen his interviews. He's like, 'Ah, I don't know... Oh, God," Greene bumbles in imitation. Despite poking a little fun at him, she credits Pattinson (she calls him a "phenomenal actor") and the rest of the actors for helping her cope with sudden fame. "All of us essentially were unknown. So everyone kind of went through this crazy whirlwind [together],'" Greene says. "It was really nice to be able to confide in people who were going through the exact same thing." The vampires also bonded over a mutual dislike for the makeup and the yellow contacts, which cut off their peripheral vision.

Kristen Stewart had been preparing herself for the big Breaking Dawn wedding scene for a while, but it wasn’t only emotional for the actress who had to make the trek down the aisle. Ashley Greene revealed that it hit close to home seeing her gal pal marry Robert Pattinson (in character Edward Cullen) on set.

“It was weird because she is one of my very good friends and even though it’s a movie, you feel like it’s real,” Ashley told OK! Thursday night at the Ella Moss 10th anniversary event in L.A. showcasing her commemorative capsule collection. “You are acting so you are feeling these emotions, and she is my best friend in the movie, so you are seeing your best friend walk down the aisle so it was kind of odd that you get a little emotional. But then you are filming a movie so…”

So does she think K-Stew very nervous?  “I would be nervous to walk down any aisle that I would trip — there are all of these people watching so I am sure she was,” she said.

MTV: What "Breaking Dawn" scene are you most excited to film?
Greene: Most excited to film and see would be the big fight sequence against the Volturi. As a cast, we like to do as many of our own stunts as possible, so it's fun and challenging to shoot those scenes. Jeff Imada, the stunt coordinator, is such a blast to work with as well. I'm learning so much from him.

MTV: Tell us about Bill Condon's style on set. How does he differ from prior "Twilight" directors?
Greene: "There's no way to describe what it's like working with Bill Condon except incredible! He is so professional, patient and a fantastic leader. I get excited going to set every day knowing I get to work with him. Each director has brought such a different energy and perspective to the films. Bill is very relaxed and authoritative, in a good way. I feel very comfortable working with him.

MTV: Kristen Stewart said at the People's Choice Awards that she filmed some scenes as a vampire. What was your reaction to seeing Kristen as a vamp?
Greene: Glad to have her officially join the Cullen family!

Kara of TwilightMoms: “There have been many rumors about Alice’s visions- can you tell me what they are really about?”
Ashley: “No! But I can tell you that there are so many visions and so many ways to interpret them- Bill Condon and I sat down to go over many of the options- I’ve had a lot of input on them- but I can’t tell you the details yet….”

Kara: “As Alice- have you had fun planning the wedding?”
Ashley: “Yes! What we have worked on so far looks amazing- I’ve seen drawings of the dress and it’s beautiful- it’s really lovely- don’t worry! It’s going to be a great scene when it’s all done”

The 23-year-old actress plays Robert’s adopted sister Alice Cullen in the Twilight film franchise. The young star was completely unprepared for her meteoric rise to fame, and admits she was terrified by the attention she started getting after the first film premiered.

While the rest of her world seemed to be spinning out of control, Ashley says she stayed sane by trying to be more like Robert because he has remained “completely unaffected” by his fame.

“Robert Pattinson, who plays my adoptive brother in the Twilight films, has been one of my biggest inspirations,” Ashley said. “As a person, he’s not like anyone I’ve ever met in Hollywood, and as an actor he’s a complete natural. He has no ego.

“Everyone loves him, but he’s unaffected by that and never seems fazed by the attention that comes his way. He’s not changed a bit since I worked with him on the first Twilight movie.”

Ashley says the level of fan attention has increased as the vampire drama series progresses. At first, she found her “devoted” fans “slightly terrifying” but has now learnt to be flattered by their attention.

“When I started out as an actress I thought only about work. I never stopped to consider what it would be like to be famous,” she explained to British newspaper The Daily Mail.

“The Twilight movies attract extremely devoted fans. When they meet me their reactions are sometimes a little odd. Quite often they just stand in front of me and start crying and shaking. It was slightly terrifying at first, but I’ve learnt to accept it.

“So long as people are responding in a positive way, that’s a huge compliment to me and to the movies I’m in.”

NYPost  Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz have closed deals to reup their roles in the next Twilight movie, "Breaking Dawn."

Greene and Lutz signed contracts last nights, acccording to sources close to the deal.

Movie studio Summit Entertainment, which has made billions off the franchise, had been in negotiations with the two supporting characters since last week, but the two actors reportedly wanted pay increases for the next movie since the studio did not allow them to renegotiate on the second and third films.

Summit caved in after the two actors held out for more cash. "The studio realized how valuable Ashley and Kellan are to the franchise and did what they needed to do to keep them," said a source close to the situation.

Reports said the kids have been trying to score paydays of $1.5 million. Sources said they two will receive close to that amount to continue on in their roles. "It was a good deal," said the source.

The money is still much lower than what Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are supposedly pulling in.

"Breaking Dawn" will be the fourth and fifth movies of the Twilight franchises.

Gossip Cop has confirmed that Greene and Lutz have signed contracts to return as Alice and Emmett Cullen for the final installment of the “Twilight” series.

The actors had been at an impasse with studio Summit Entertainment and reportedly threatened to leave their roles if their pay wasn’t increased.

One of the stars of 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' has been injured and was taken to the hospital. Read on for details. A rep for Summit Entertainment tells ET, "Actor Jackson Rathbone of the 'Twilight Saga' movies, was slightly injured yesterday during a fight scene rehearsal. As a precaution, he was driven to the hospital and checked out by a doctor. He's fine and is back at work on the set of 'Eclipse' today."

Rathbone plays the role of Jasper Hale in the series, the adopted brother of Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson. ET OnLine Reports.
