WFE Update: Hal Holbrook Will Play "Old Jacob"

Water For Elephants director, Francis Lawrence, @Hibbits on twitter shared that he got Hal Holbrook (His first choice) to play old Jacob Jankowski. That is Rob's character at 93 yeard old. FYI, Mr. Holbrook was also in the movie Into The Wild with Emile Hirsch (pictured above ) which also stars, Kristen.  All together now, Awwww! lol

Do you think he looks like an older Rob? Well, he kinda looks like a much older version of Rob's dad, Richard "Dick". So yeah, I agree 100%.  Perfect casting!
